DESTINATION: Malga Meatta– Asiago Plateau and Seven Municipalities (VI)
The event is co-financed and organized in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Camporovere and the Municipal Administration of Roana.
An excursion through the wild nature to discover the Portule Valley and Malga Meatta!
What to expect:
- Less frequented paths: immersed in wild nature with particular views of the Valdassa.
- Beech, fir and larch woods: breathtaking plays of light and colours made even more magical by the warm lights of the sunset.
- Malga Meatta: a timeless place rich in history and traditions where we will have a packed dinner.
- Animal Encounters: Easy to Observe...
- Traces of the Great War so as not to forget what has indelibly marked the territory.
- The return under the stars to discover scientific and mythological curiosities of the celestial vault.
An evening in company for lovers of nature, history and trekking that will make you experience a Mountain of Emotions!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a hiking route and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The difference in height is less than 450 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, PACKED DINNER, blanket to sit on, headlamp. It is recommended to have an extra layer of clothing in your backpack.
🫰COST: €10 for the guided excursion per person. Free for residents in the municipality of Roana.
