DESTINATION: Cima Ekar - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
Step by step we cross gentle slopes that in summer are dedicated to grazing, framed by fragrant beech and fir woods to reach the ridge of Cima Ekar.
Here opens in front of us a splendid view of the central basin of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, made even more magical by the warm colors of the sunset.
When darkness has fallen on us, we will stop to observe the myriad of stars in the place also chosen by the University of Padua for one of its main observatory, where the guide will tell you many scientific and mythological curiosities!
What you do on New Year's Eve, you will do throughout the year... And what could be better than a regenerating cultural experience in nature to take care of your body and mind?

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height uphill is less than 300 m, there are no exposed sections.
The route may vary due to the presence of ice / snow but the difficulty will remain unchanged
TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water or hot tea for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves, front battery possibly with fixed red light.
COST: 15€ for the guided excursion per person, 5€ for children under 15 years.
Possible snowshoes and poles rental: € 10 per person.
In case there is not enough snow, we will proceed on foot without the aid of snowshoes.
