DESTINATION: Val Lastaro  - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)

Imagine walking through fir and beech woods and the pastures of the mountain huts where the presence of man gives way to the wild.

The November air is crisp, it caresses your skin and a light breeze brings you the sound of the footsteps of some roe deer that you can now see in the distance.

As your guide tells you interesting facts about the surrounding area, the warm colors of the sunset envelop you and highlight the profiles of the surrounding mountains even more. 

A few more steps, you leave the valley and in front of you there is the Po Valley with its teeming with human life at your feet. A strong contrast between the environment in which you are immersed and the panorama in front of you, yet both give you strong emotions.

There will be no shortage of speeches concerning the celestial vault between myth and science, between dream and reality!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route develops between mountain paths and dirt roads and some short stretches of paved road with little traffic. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.

🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, gloves, possibly with a fixed red light.

🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person. €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.

🧭MEETING POINT: 4.30  pm at Val Lastaro (precise information will be communicated the day before the event.) At the meeting point not all telephone companies have reception and there are no services (toilets, bars,..).
