Destination: Cima Verena - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities

This guided excursion takes us on an afternoon of immersion in high-altitude nature among the fir and larch woods to reach Cima Verena, over 2000 m, from which you can enjoy an incredible 360-degree panorama that ranges from the Alps to the Po Valley.

Arrived at altitude we will be warmly welcomed by the refuge owners and waiting for us there will also be Satya, a yoga teacher who will accompany us to discover particular breathing techniques and through the yoga of feeling and a guided meditation will give us moments of well-being and regeneration for the body, mind and our spirit. 

At the end of the yoga lesson, after admiring the magic of the sunset in the mountains, a typical dinner based on wild herbs and a typical local cheese, the Tosela (€ 25 per person to be paid on site) awaits us. The menu includes:

• Spring timbale
• Nettle risotto
• Tosella with butter
• Dessert of the house
• Water and Coffee

At the end of the dinner we return to the cars with a downhill excursion that will make our evening even more exciting thanks to the myriad of stars that will appear before our eyes.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. The uphill elevation gain is less than 500 m, there are no exposed sections.
 

🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots (no Moon Boot type), layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves, head torch (recommended with fixed red light), MAT FOR THE YOGA CLASS, any spare comfortable pants to follow the lesson.
 

🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person, €15 for children under 15 and season ticket holders. 

In the event that there is no snow, we will proceed with the help of snowshoes - possible rental € 10 per person.
 

🧘🏻 ♀️ YOGA LESSON COST: €15 person to be paid directly on site.
 

🍽 COST OF THE DINNER: € 25 per person for the typical dinner at the Verena Refuge to be paid directly on site, variations to the menu indicated above are not to be considered included in the price.

Considering that dinner takes place during the route, it is to be considered mandatory and the cost is to be paid directly at the refuge.

🧭MEETING POINT: 3.00 p.m. at the parking lot of the Sky Area Verena - Località Verenetta, 36010 Roana VI - 

In the event that the ski lifts are open, parking is subject to a fee and the cost is € 5 per car. All those booked will be notified the day before the event.
