Destination: Val Lastaro - Lusiana Conco - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities
A guided excursion through the pastures and beech and fir woods of Val Lastaro takes us to admire the wonders of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities between history and nature.
Step by step, we reach the top of gentle slopes that offer an exciting view of the plain.
Vanessa is waiting for us near a mountain hut in the company of her birds of prey friends: buzzards, hawks, tawny owls, scops owls, barn owls, owls and Kookaburra.
We will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of the life of these birds of prey and their role in the ecosystem to learn scientific curiosities and extraordinary anecdotes directly from an expert.
Participants will have the opportunity to get in touch with these beautiful animals and to walk with them in their fist to experience the emotion and well-being that the meeting can offer.
An unforgettable adventure!
At the end of the encounter with the birds of prey, the guided excursion continues through the pastures to the cars.
During the experience, participants will be offered an aperitif based on local products.
Reservations are required.
Dogs cannot be brought to this event.
📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
Please note that participation is recommended for adults and children over 6 years old, accustomed to walking.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion or hot tea, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit on.
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion with meeting with birds of prey per person, €15 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
