Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities with a guided excursion through the lush pastures and the suggestive beech and fir forests of Val Lastaro. A fascinating journey that combines history and nature.
Step by step, we'll reach the gentle peaks, from where you can admire a breathtaking view of the plain below.
Near a characteristic mountain hut, Vanessa will be waiting for you in the company of her extraordinary birds of prey friends: buzzards, hawks, tawny owls, scops owls, barn owls, owls and the unusual Kookaburra. You will have the unique opportunity to discover the secrets of their lives, their crucial role in the ecosystem and numerous scientific curiosities and fascinating anecdotes told directly by an expert.
It will be an unforgettable emotion: you will be able to get in touch with these magnificent animals and even walk with them in your fist, experiencing the deep well-being and connection that such a special encounter can offer.

At the end of the encounter with the birds of prey, the guided excursion continues through the pastures to the cars.
During the experience, participants will be offered an aperitif based on local products.
Reservations are required.
Dogs cannot be brought to this event.
📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
Please note that participation is recommended for adults and children over 6 years old, accustomed to walking.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion or hot tea, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit on.
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion with meeting with birds of prey per person, €15 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
