On Saturday 2 August 2025, at 21:00, on the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities, the 14th "Vaca Mora" will take place: a night foot race along 10 km of the Old Railway, now a cycle path, which connects Treschè Conca to Canove di Roana.

It is a running event, organized by UISP Vicenza in collaboration with the Municipal Administration of Roana and the Pro Loco of Treschè Conca, Cesuna and Canove, which takes place along a suggestive track, illuminated for the occasion by thousands of torches.

The route is traced almost entirely on a former railway.

INFO AND REGULATIONS

The event will take place in all weather conditions, in case of bad weather a headlamp is mandatory. 

The timing of the competition will take place using the SPORT DOLOMITI electronic chip.

Early starts will be excluded from the final ranking. 

In the event of abandonment of the race, the competitor must promptly notify the organization. 

A broom service will be provided that will have a pace such as to reach the finish line in about 2 hours.

COMPETITIVE SECTION 

According to the provisions of the "Rules for the organization of events", only those in possession of the medical certificate of competitive fitness for athletics can participate in the competitive section, which must be transmitted together with the registration or bib collection.

 NON-COMPETITIVE SECTION Open to all 

Those who do not have a medical certificate of competitive fitness can participate with the NON-COMPETITIVE registration, which in any case includes the bib/chip with official arrival time and all the services described. 
Each participant is free to cover the route at the pace they deem most appropriate based on their physical state of preparation. By voluntarily registering, each participant declares to all intents and purposes to the organizers his or her physical fitness to carry out the test in accordance with the provisions of the law and relieves them of all civil and criminal liability resulting in the event of an accident of any kind. Athletes registered in the non-competitive section will not have the right to access the awards ceremony and will not be in the official race ranking but will only be told the race time.

ATTENTION!

The organization reserves the right to close registrations early if the maximum number of participants is reached.

DEPARTURE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

From 19:00 to 20:00 the GIRARDI VIAGGI shuttle bus service will be active for the transport of registered athletes only, from the Pro Loco Canove headquarters to the Start-line of Treschè Conca. 
Maximum punctuality is recommended.

LAST RACE at 20:00, there is no shuttle service after the race.
