FIS Winter Triathlon World Championships on the Asiago Plateau

From 18 to 21 February,the Asiago Plateau will host the 2021 Winter Triathlon World Cup,organized by the Triathlon 7C asd company led by Leonardo Franco.

The venue for the races will be the Centro Fondo Campolongo in Rotzo, one of the best known ski resorts in Italy and Europe: here kilometers and kilometers of cross-country slopes wind through enchanting views and snowy woods and truly unique scenery.

In this beautiful setting, athletes will compete on classic distance and sprints in a running test,one of cycling and one of cross-country skiing,without interruption.

Another event that confirms the strong vocation of theAsiago Seven Municipalities Atlopiano to Nordic skiing and winter activities.

All scheduled races will take place in compliance with the Covid-19 Emergency Racing Protocol.

Program

- On Friday, February 19th, the Winter Triathlon World Cup will take place reserved for elite athletes that will be held over a classic distance.

- On Saturday, February 20th, the Winter Cross Duathlonwill be held: the race for the Age Groups (all the details in the Technical Guide) and the organized test for young people (Kids & Youth categories) will be scheduled.

- The Individual Italian Winter Triathlon Championships will take place on Sunday, February 21st.
