Yoga experience in nature and guided walk with the possibility of dinner in the hut
DESTINATION: Malga Montagna Nuova di behind, Conco - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
YOGA IN MALGA, a morning of approach and deepening to yoga suitable for every level. Immersed in nature, surrounded by the breathtaking panorama that sweeps towards the Po Valley and lying in the alpine pastures surrounding Malga Montagna Nuova di Dietro a Conco, on the Asiago plateau, the Yoga teacher Martina Bassi and Asiago Guide will focus on physical well-being, harmony, mental serenity, balance, breathing, relaxation and sharing through a sensory path and Yoga activities.
At the end of the experience it is possible to dine in the hut.
At the end of the excursion you can have dinner at Malga Montagna Nuova behind at the price of € 15 with:
Tagliatelle with meat sauce or butter and sage
Tasting of cheeses and cold cuts from the hut
Mixed contours
Homemade desserts
Water, wine and coffee

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 1 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between dirt roads, mountain paths and some stretches of paved road, rarely busy. The difference in height uphill is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: MOUNTAIN BOOTS, LAYERED CLOTHING SUITABLE FOR THE MOUNTAIN CLIMATE, WATERPROOF JACKET, WATER FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXCURSION (AT LEAST 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, YOGA MAT OR TOWEL.
COST: 25 € for the excursion and Yoga activities. 10€ for children under 15 years.
POSSIBLE COST OF DINNER: 15 € PER PERSON. The fee is to be paid directly on site.
MEETING POINT: At Malga Montagna Nuova di Behindro, Conco.
It starts on foot from the meeting place.
NOTE: for those who use Google Maps, the navigator leads to park under the hut about 300 meters away and then go up to the pasture on foot. Since the hut is clearly visible near the arrival, it is advisable to follow the road that leads directly to the hut and park so close. It is also advisable to check the route remotely at the time of booking. Please note that not all telephone companies have reception at the meeting point.
