The kitchenette, fridge, pans, dishes of the apartment must be left clean with deletion in separate collection of garbage and whatever else accumulated during your stay.

The reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount as provided by C.C. Art. 1385/1386

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained; less than 15 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be We retained. In case of no show will be charged 50% of the total stay.

APARTMENT CLEANING: the apartment, the kitchenette, fridge, pans, dishes of the apartment must be left clean with deletion in separate collection of rubbish and other accumulated during your stay. The minimum charge provided incomplete or insufficient for such cleaning is euro 50.00.

Deposit: €100.00 payable in cash at check-in. Will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to final inspection of the apartment.

Payment will be made within 24 hours of arrival, no reductions or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
