CONDITIONS of the APARTMENT: weekly rental, inclusive of charges electricity and heating, cleaning 1 time per week (except kitchen), change towels and sheets 1 time per week. Small pets on request € 10.00. Deposit 30% of the amount, deposit € 100.00. For seasonal stays or contact us for a quote.
Express check-in/check-out: check-in from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out before 10.00 on the day of departure. Late check-out: until 18.00 hours on the day of departure will be charged a surcharge of € 30.00; After 18.00 will be charged a fee equal to the full amount of the room. For late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the whole booked period.
