Prices per apartment inclusive of tax, taxes, and fees for all utilities

Prices include the tourist license, lease, apartment furnished and equipped, elevator service, use of the washing machine and tv, Internet access in areas served by WiFi network, use internal or external parking garage.

PETS: only one small dog is allowed, max. 10 Kg, not a puppy (8 months), only in some apartments (with terrace and located on the 1st and 2nd floors), with an additional charge of € 5 per day (minimum € 35)

Deposit: €100 returned at the end of the stay after the delivery of the keys (including that of safe and garage) and final inspection

The kitchenette, fridge, pots, cutlery etc. of the apartment must be left completely clean with deletion in separate collection of rubbish and anything else which accumulated during the stay. Alternatively, the minimum charge provided for such partial or inadequate cleaning complete-but just not--it is strictly by €40

The BALANCE is due on arrival (arrival day). No refunds for late arrivals or early departures

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: free arrivals on request, excluding the period 01/07 - 20/08 (Saturday - Saturday). Check-in from 16:00 to 21:00 with delivery of apartments by 18:00. Check-out from 7:30 to 10:00
