INTERVENTS AND SECURITY MISURES FOR THE PREVENTION AND THE CONtainment OF SARS DIFFUSION – CoV – 2

Pending the official reopening of the Prisons Museum, guidelines have been drawn up for future access to the museum.

IN THIS POST COVID – 19 PHASE IT IS MANDATORY:

1) define a specific access plan for visitors (opening days, hours, maximum number, booking system guided tours, play workshops – educational, conferences, etc.) that will have to be defined and displayed below in the " CART OF ACCESS TOMUSEO" and communicated extensively through social channels, websites, press releases
2) detect, before entering the Museum the body temperature to each visitor, preventing access in case of temperatures > 37.5 degrees
3) Always wear a mask and/or gloves before entering the Museum entrance
4) to allow only one visitor to enter the reception at a time (except for the relatives) only after a sanitization of the hands with the DIP products made available by the staff of the Museum (in several places will be made available hydro - alcoholic solutions
5) Strictly wear the mask and/or gloves to protect the airways strictly by museum staff when in the presence of visitors and in any case when it is not possible to guarantee an interpersonal distance of at least 1.5 meter or more
6) delimit with the help of physical barriers,adequate to prevent contagion by droplet, the area of contact between staff and users at the entrance
7) strictly follow the exhibition pathindicated onthe floor plan displayed at the entrance of the reception and also explained by voice: where appropriate are arranged routes highlighting the areas with signage on the floor, to favor interpersonal distance in order to provide a separation between entrance and exit

8) draw up a planned entry programme by "online" and/or telephone booking with the maximum number (06) of six visitors interested in guided tours and conferences, as well as the maximum number (06) of six children interested in play - educational activities
9) keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the museum staff,keeping a certain distance from the counter to avoid contact and respect, waiting to access the reception the distance of at least 1.5 meter from the other visitors, always keeping it also inside the structure, to avoid conditions of assembly and aggregation

11) to constantly promote the exchange of air in the interior (in the specific case of the Museum The Prisons means "natural air turnover" since there are no air conditioning systems
12) carry out constant checks by museum staff in order for visitors to respect each other's distance of 1.5 meters
13) contact the Museum Directorate in case of advice or more information details
14) stay up-to-date on all communications on a daily basis by visiting the Museum's Facebook page: Museolecarceri
15) stay spaced in the garden of the Museum to access the exhibition
16) throw in the appropriate and specific container the gloves,if used, placed at the secondary exit of the Museum after sanitizing their hands again, at the conclusion of the visit
17) take, in respect of privacy the generalities of every visitor who accesses the Museum for security measures

IN THIS POST-COVID – 19 PHASE IT IS FORBIDDEN:
    
1) use leaflets, brochures, press releases, programs (it will be up to museum staff to provide all the material requested by the visitor who will not have to leave it in the most absolute way/forget it inside the Museum)
2) consult exhibition catalogues and books for sale (it will be up to museum staff to browse beyond the protective barrier the required text in anticipation of its purchase)
3) use toilets to avoid the risk of contagion
4) Touch the works on display
5) leave handkerchiefs and cards on the ground (throw them in the appropriate containers asking for permission from museum staff)
6) join the group to ask for information and/or buy the entrance fee to the exhibition
7) show up directly at the reception in groups of more than 6 visitors, with a request for a guided tour without a fixed and confirmed reservation by 6 p.m. the day before (for a safe subdivision of those present)
8) show up directly at the reception with children without registration took place by 6 p.m. the day before to participate in the scheduled educational activity
9) enter with dogs (if not small size and held in your arms); must be tied where established within the Garden
10) enter with food (for hygiene safety and maintenance of internal cleaning of the building)
