Comune di Roana, besides having celebrated the marriage of John and David, has granted patronage to Gay Pride of Padua

A few days ago the news of the first civil Union plateau between homosexualpeople; John and David were joined by Councillor (the minority list) Andrea Ambrosini, as reported by a lot of local news; is transversal then theopening of our territory and the establishment of Roana Town initiatives that protect the right, enshrined in the Constitution, to see recognized each social right irrespective of " religion, race, political affiliation or social status or staff".
In recent days the Committee Padua Pride 2018 has specifically requested to the municipality of Roana the "patronage not onerous" of our Institution (municipal logo usage licence, aimed at ensuring the event relief, credibility and moral recognition anyway; This concession is not a constraint for the institution to recognize the granting of a financial contribution or other financial benefit) and the municipal administration, on the suggestion of the Alderman Anna Fabris, has deemed to grant it for the reasons expressed in annex, already made to the Committee. The municipality of Roana is confirmed then place of acceptance without prejudice, based on hospitality and protection to every social expression that present the characteristics of the respectof pluralism, of another's freedom and diversity.

Dear Sirs,
in reference to your request for obtaining legal aid not onerous del Comune di Roana, I inform you that this administration, on my proposal, has expressed a positive opinion.
Our choice to support the Gay Pride of Padova was born from the desire to promote initiatives to combat discrimination in all its forms and to encourage the free flow of ideas, respecting of the human being who is that regardless of gender, religion, race, political affiliation or social status or personal.
The Italian Constitution teaches us that it is the responsibility of the Republic – namely the institutions – remove all obstacles restricting theequality and social dignity; This Administration believes that even these small gestures--as may be the granting of legal aid-contain the essence of these shared principles.
Also the municipality of Roana is a region open to tourism and the movement of people, where theacceptance of each visitor must never be influenced by considerations which are discriminatory, harassing or sexist.
