The Municipal Administration of Asiago has always tried, with a view to supporting culture (also in light of the objective logistical distances of our city from any university university) to support young Asians with study opportunities: see the study trip to Tonte, with which every year, for almost twenty years, the Municipality supports the expenditure for a study stay for the learning of the English language of 18-year-old Asian children, as well as various initiatives related to the project " Young people meetEurope", in addition to the financial support of work internships abroad, and, when there was the possibility, contributions aimed at Asian students attending universities of excellence abroad;

The Administration, for example, has supported the American study project of the promise of Asian golf Davide Longhini.

The Administration this year evaluated that it wants to reward Asian university students who attend or are about to attend foreign universities, contributing to the expenses they inincurred and for this reason has published specific notice. Pietro Rigoni Stern thus obtained the scholarship of € 3,900.00 made available by the Administration of Asiago.

In his case, the university career is in the field of biology and takes place at Harvard Medical School,one of the most important institutions in the world where illustrious figures such as Barack Obama, Bill Gates and 45 Nobel laureates have studied.

The Municipal Councillor delegated to Youth Policies of the Municipality of Asiago, Prof. Luca Baù, reaffirms the continuity with which the Administration has carried out this extensive project of opportunities and intercultural exchange as well as contributions to support young Asian students.  He adds that "... We will also organise a trip to Scotland as soon as possible with a visit to Parliament and where young Asians will be able to immerse themselves in Scottish culture." Finally, it highlights that, with the Department of Social Policies, it is working to create a "youth group" that pursues cultural and tourist initiatives, to ensure that young people are increasingly entering our community rediscovering their values through their relationship with others.
