2nd CONCESSION OF "SPORTS VOUCHERS" TO RESIDENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROANA - SPECIFIC FOR OBTAINING

Dear Families, following the first positive experience for the granting of good sports to minors and disabled people up to 26 years who have favored a correct sociality after involvement in the restrictions imposed by the COVID containment rules, this Administration proposes and confirms, as already communicated previously, the granting of good sports for every minor or for every person up to 26 years with certified disability resident in the Municipality of Roana, regardless of the income situation. The sum made available by the Municipal Administration will be entirely used for this initiative for which the value of the sports voucher will be determined by the number of requests received within the deadline set for Wednesday 15 June 2022 at 12.00.

The payment of a "sports voucher", as before, will allow the coverage of certain expenses required by the Amateur Sports Associations (ASD) of belonging or election in case of first registration (taxes, registrations, but also purchase of technical material dedicated to the discipline and in charge of families, other related expenses) upon acceptance of the ASD involved, even if this has no registered office in the Municipality of Roana.

The concession process includes the following steps:
SPORT VOUCHER
Upon presentation of the form attached to this document, a ticket will be issued that can be spent in all recognized and regularly established Amateur Sports Associations (also with registered office outside the Municipality of Roana) and which are willing to collaborate in this initiative; that is, the ticket received will be filled in nominally and delivered by the beneficiaries to the ASD of belonging which will be able to reduce the cost of expenses incurred by the families for the value that will be attributed to the vouchers at the end of the applications sent to the Municipality. The Municipality will subsequently refund all the ASDs that will return the tickets received for the corresponding amount within the deadline that will be communicated to them.
