The Fifth Edition of "music week" in Treschè basin of Roana

From 8 to 13 August in Treschè Basin in Altopiano di Asiago concerts, events for a week dedicated to music

This year in Treschè basin, charming town ofAsiago plateau, is preparing to welcome the musicians and the guests of the Week of music, under the artistic direction of Marco Primultini and David Xashimba, now in its Fifth Edition and offering a varied programme, with many new features and special guests.

The common thread that binds all week is theidea of the trip, which begins on the ground in Venice in the late 17th century and ends in theaters at the end of the first world war.

Open the exhibition Monday, 8 September at 21.00 Parish Church "I musici di Vivaldi", ensemble created through a collaboration of musicians and first parts of various orchestras (including the Solisti Veneti, Virtuosi Italiani, La Fenice in Venice), with Glaucus Bailey as violin soloist and Roberto Loreggian on the harpsichord with all Italian and with the execution of the four seasons of the Red Priest.

The week continues Tuesday 9 August with the Trio Galuppi (Giulia Bales soprano, David Xashimba and Marco Primultini organ), with a program that sweeps inBaroque Europe, fromEngland by Händel, Bach Germany,Italy by Scarlatti,Mozart's Austria.

Wednesday, 10 guest of honor is Andrea Mahno, young pianist recently graduated with the highest grades, honors and honorable mention at the Conservatory of Vicenza, already winner of competitions and guest of important stages, with a program from Bach and Scarlatti to Brahms, Chopin and Ravel.

Thursday, 11 another appointment with the Piano, but this time in Chamber version: pianist Gabriele Dal Santo will be accompanied by the clarinetist Gloria Maria Chae; together will Concertino in e flat major op. 26 of Weber, clarinet Sonata op. 167 of Saint-Saëns and the Sonata for clarinet and piano # 2 POS. 120 of Brahms.

Friday, 12 an evening dedicated to the discovery of Carlo Stuparich and work "Histoire du Soldat" by Igor Stravinsky, opera that will be performed on Saturday 13 at the end of the week, with theEnsemble 19.16 directed by Gabriele Dal Santo and actress Miriam Rigoni.

This year there are some appointments designed for toddlers: Wednesday, 10 in the afternoon a workshop exploring wind instruments, followed by another workshop during which will be made of the sets that will be used Saturday for the opera "Histoire du Soldat"; Friday, 12 more and in the afternoon the now traditional appointment with the sonorous Fables.
