Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October returns "Verben - A Train of Colors", the autumn event of the Municipality of Roana and its hamlets.
The first weekend Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October took place in Roana and Mezzaselva enjoying great success, given the large participation by tourists and residents for the various activities including: traditional games, workshops, show cooking, excursions and various entertainment.
The second weekend Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October will see as protagonists the fractions of Canove, Cesuna and Treschè Conca.
In the hamlet of Canove the initiatives will take place at the Palazzetto Polifunzionale with many attractions including: The farm of the Animals by Giuseppe Faccin, The friends Falconieri Vicentini with nocturnal and diurnal birds of prey, The Donkeys on the Way, donkey rides for children, the Winged Lion Hunt with Fabio Ambrosini Bres, many autumn-themed workshops, musical and theatrical animations to end with a rich sweet and savory food stand.
In the hamlet of Cesuna the activities will be held at the Palaciclamino: musical entertainment with " Tino e i Fiaschi"- Goto Divin, the "Caenassi" by Roberto Nerosi historical cycle group with representation of ancient crafts, the agri-food market, guided excursions, the demonstration of cheese production, cooking workshops, "i zughi de na volta", the make-up - children with Silvy, the food truck and the kiosk with drinks.
In the hamlet of Treschè Conca will animate the town square : the Symposium of wood sculpture, the craft and hobby market, the treasure hunt, the photographic exhibition, the workshops with Cristina of the "Cason delle Meraviglie", some musical and theatrical performances to end with the chestnut in music in the company of Graziano (Saturday afternoon) and Elena Zotti (Sunday afternoon).
In the three hamlets there will be the fantastic trains of Vèrben that will travel the ancient route of the Road of the Old Railway, both days, from 10.00 to 18.00, in the company of Asiago Guide and their stories about ancient Cimbrian legends.
In conclusion, we recall some unmissable events:
- "Il Gatto e la Volpe" theatrical animation show on spring stilts jumpers by Acqualta Teatro. Two strange characters will wander among the autumn markets in search of customers for the Caravan that will leave at midnight for the Land of Toys. Cat and Fox will arrive in Vèrben!
Cesuna - Sunday 15 October at 11.00
Treschè Conca - Sunday 15 October at 15.00
Canove - Sunday 15 October at 17.00
- "Guided excursion at night with lanterns" simple walk in the company of Asiago Guide along the route of the Old Railway. Once at the railway bridge in Pineta in Cesuna, you will attend the circus-theater show "Terra & Aria".
Saturday, October 14 at 18.30 (departure from Canove) or at 19.00 (from Treschè Conca) (with reservations required on the site of Asiago Guide). For the participants the return to their respective departures at the end of the theatrical performance will be on board the Vèrben Train.
- "Terra & Aria" poetic circus-theater show staged in the evocative setting of the Cesuna pine forest. A journey to discover a distant, unknown and still wild world, in which the three protagonists will face violent storms. They will be the only survivors of a daring expedition, an adventure between land and air, where wild flying animals, dangling, creeping and ancient tribes will take shape through the spectacular arts of fire and aerial dance.
