Still a few days left and the round will come to Asiago, via Foza and Gallium

The date of Saturday, 27 May is approaching and Asiago is preparing to accommodate what will be 20° stage of the tour of Italy: Pordenone-Asiago, the penultimate effort by 190 km before the grand finale on Sunday 28 May with the arrival of the stopwatch from Monza to Milan.
And if they are a hundred candles blown out this year from the tour of Italy, the same anniversary is celebrated on the plateau to the great war.

EVENTS FOR THE GIRO D'ITALIA IN ASIAGO
Waiting for the runners Asiago proposes a series ofinitiatives rose. It begins Friday, May 26, at 20.45 at teatro Eliseo, with the play "D 5 Paddy" (admission free with reservation seats) and the animation starting from 21 in piazza Duomo by Radio Company.

ROADS CLOSED AND ROADS FOR THE GIRO D'ITALIA IN ASIAGO
The schools of every grade on Saturday 27 May will be closed.
First off the streets to reach the plateau (except Hong Kong) will remain open, but there may be some small change if necessary.
Among the main changes worth mentioning include: the closure of Grangemouth road for camper vans and buses from Friday 26 may at 14, to drive from 22 and the bikes from 4 hours before passage of the round.
The area Hospitalswill be closed to traffic at 11 on Saturday 27 September.
Also confirmed the closure, in both directions, the SS 47 Valsugana for about 2 hours before the passage of cyclists.
However, bear in mind that the Ordinance provides for total closure to any means of streets involved in race from 14.30 to Saturday 27 may; the same roads must be freed from cars and vehicles in Park from 5 in the morning.
Finally, the historical centre of Asiago will be closed to traffic since Friday morning, via Cairoli with double direction.
To facilitate traffic flow at the stage of the tour of Italy will provide a free Shuttle Bus service. Company shuttles Transport (SVT) Vicenza will begin to circulate from 12 until Saturday 19 May 27.
Covered areas ranging from Camporovere to Tresché Conca, from Cesuna in Canove, from Starling up to Pennar.
All lines, divided for convenience into green, red and blue, will have a frequency of about 12 minutes.
The Council is to reach Asiago already on Friday morning, but if this is not feasible, it is good to arrive as soon as possible.
Once the parking lots at Asiago, motorists are asked to leave the media in Highland park and to get downtown using the free shuttle buses. Among others, will be available on the elementary schools in Canove, parking the disco Due Mori Camporovere, the parking lot of the hut in Tresché Basin and the parking lots in Golf clubs, Olufemi and Valbella.
Different story for campers and buses. The first, finished space in the park free of dirt via f. Baracca (at the entrance to the village on the right), will go towards the industrial area and still stand out from the Centre of Asiago. The latter, however, are obliged to follow the path of the shuttle buses and, once downloaded, move away from the old town.

THE STAGE PORDENONE-ASIAGO
The Pordenone-Asiago presents many points of interest, both from a technical point of view, and that of geography. With three mountain Grand Prix races, two of which (Monte Grappa and Foza a few kilometers from the arrival) of first category, promises great selection, and is the last chance for climbers to put between himself and rouleurs that if shot, will try something in the next time of 29 kilometres of Monza in Milan.
Everything will depend on the extent of the postings. The route enters the Veneto da Conegliano, to face a first "tearing" of fourth category to Cà del Poggio, then cross the amazing ups and downs of the Prosecco hills, heading towards Feltre, Belluno, and then tackling the ascent to 1,620 meters of Monte Grappa.
From here a thrilling descent to 138 meters to Campese, before recovering to 1,086 meters of the last Grand Prix of Foza Mountain, just before the finish line of Asiago. The spectacle is assured, the streets crowded with fans just seem a certainty and the weather should be on our side.
