The winners of the photo competition of "Asiago... Flakes of Light 2020"

On Saturday, February 22, Asiago was awarded the winners of the "Put to Fire" photo competition, the pyromusical event "Asiago... Flakes of Light 2020".

The emotions of the fireworks relive in the shots sent by the public.

On Saturday, February 22, 2020,at the AsiagoTown Hall, the awards of the photo competition "Put to Fire"were held, combined with the show "Asiago... Flakes of Light 2020", a pyromusical event of the City of Asiago that took place from 14 to 16 February.

Spectators present at the shows could participate in the photo contest with their shots of the fireworks. Many imageshave arrived, all very beautiful, among which a special jury has chosen the winning photos.

1st place: Beriotto Simone di Sesto al Reghena (PN) with the photo entitled "Lighting stunts"

Motivation: The evocative image created by the frame of light that enhances the acrobat subject is rewarded. Beautiful contrast of colors on the dark background.
In addition, the high level of quality of the same is noted.

2nd place: Loris Stella di Asiago with the photo entitled "Red Valentine'

Motivation: excellent contrast of colors created by the white of the capital and the red of the fires. The photo exoneifies a sense of warmth and the pyrotechnic fire fits into the landscape as an element that creates a unique and interesting contrast. Particular fascination is emanated from the light of the photo.
Clean image quality with sharp contours is also rewarded.

3rd place: Nicola Galetto of Casale di Scodosia (PD) with the photo entitled "Concert of emotions"

Reasons: This photo is a title-photo match. In fact, the image recalls a conductor who conducts his orchestrals creating a concert of emotions. The contrast between the black of the night and the colors of the fires that create an evocative image is excellent.
The quality of the image is also noted

Special mention for Andrea Zindoni of Piovene Rocchette with the photo entitled "B&W"

Special mention for the use of black and white. The photo highlights a typical element of the rural landscapes of the Plateau: the slabs. The feeling of movement created by the smoke and the lights of the fires is beautiful. Sober but impactful image.
