Clarifications of the Veneto Region on Dpcm of 03/12/2020
The Veneto Region,with regard to the limtations ordered by the Dpcm of 03/12/2020, has clarified that " the amateur practice of CROSS-COUNTRYSKIING and SKI MOUNTAINEERING, not involving the use of transport systems, IS NOT PROHIBITED; the "facilities" of the ski areas are closed, meaning for such the systems of transport of people, but motor and sports activity is allowed in the open air, even in equipped areas, and in compliance with the distancing of m. 2. Cross-country skiing CAN THEREFORE ALSO BE PRACTICED on specially tracked skis by mechanical means".
We think this is really good news for all lovers of the bottom, who onthe Asiago Seven Municipalities Plateau can find a real paradise with its over 500 km of slopes for this sport.
This means being able to practicea sport activity on the snow,which already by its nature favors distancing, in a natural context of great beauty and above all far from gatherings.
In this regard, we inform you that for now the Campolongo Fund Center is the first cross-country track that has announced the opening for Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December!
