In an enchanting corner of the Plateau, not far from the center of Asiago, there is a magical place, where the boundaries between reality and imagination blur: it is the Gnome Village!

In the quiet woods of the Hotel Da Barba B&B, lies this enchanted treasure chest, which, with its houses hidden among the majestic trees and rocks, invites young and old to experience an extraordinary adventure in nature, full of fun and magic.

The Asiago Plateau is an unspoiled place, rich in stories and legends, and the Gnome Village is a precious gem.

Here, in the embrace of nature, young visitors and their families can walk along a relaxing path that winds through green meadows, centuries-old woods, and ancient tunnels that were the scene of precious memories of the beloved writer Mario Rigoni Stern. 

This route is not just a walk in the countryside, but a real educational itinerary that reveals the fairy tale of the "Little People" of gnomes and the secrets of the magical forest that hosts it.

Legend has it that these small, friendly and mysterious creatures, lovers of silence and animals, live hidden in the shadows of the trees. A visit to the Gnome Village thus becomes an exciting adventure for younger children and an opportunity for peaceful relaxation for adults. PLAYGROUND

And after the exciting adventure in the Gnome Village, the fun for children continues in the large playground of the Da Barba B&B hotel, equipped with inflatable slides, trampolines, an inflatable mountain and a track with coin-operated electric cars. Lots of colorful games that promise young visitors laughter, joy and an experience to carry in their hearts!

We invite everyone to discover the Gnome Village, a treasure of the Asiago Plateau, where every corner whispers stories of enchantment, magic is at home, imagination reigns supreme and every visit becomes a precious memory to tell and relive.

OTHER SERVICES

To make the experience even more enjoyable, the Gnome Village in Asiago offers its guests a snack bar, where they can enjoy the homemade "gnome delicacies", also equipped with outdoor tables that invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful nature and fresh mountain air, savoring typical and genuine dishes, slices of pizza, sandwiches, sandwiches and homemade desserts. 

There is also a welcoming picnic area, perfect for moments of aggregation and conviviality, and a free car park (unsupervised) to facilitate access to this magical experience.

The Village of the Gnomes is open from June to September (weather permitting).

- € 10.00 from Monday to Thursday (reduced midweek rate on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Village)

- € 12.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and from 7 to 23 August 2026

FREE ADMISSION FOR CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS OF AGE, on presentation of ID.

IN CASE OF RAIN: ENTRANCE SUSPENDED, EVEN IF THE WEATHER IS EXCELLENT, BUT IT HAS RAINED HEAVILY IN THE PREVIOUS HOURS. The reopening will take place only after a safety check inspection.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can continue to have fun thanks to the MAGICAL NOVELTY 2026: the wonderful games of the past, ideal for fun challenges with the whole family, indoors!

ACCESS TO THE PLAYGROUND

Accessible only with an entrance bracelet to the Village of the Gnomes in the same round of arrival.
MORNING SHIFT - 10:00/14:00
AFTERNOON SHIFT - 14:00/17:00

The bracelet must be kept worn throughout your stay: those who do not have it, in addition to a new ticket purchase, will have to pay a surcharge.

OUTDOOR SNACK BAR
with Gnomo Menu of typical dishes, homemade sweets, ice creams and coffee.
BAR TABLES RESERVED exclusively for visitors to the Village with a bracelet already worn.

Large reserved area in front of the bar, but forbidden along the route.

ABOUT THE GNOME VILLAGE ROUTE

  • The ROUTE, about 1.5 km long, is medium-easy and is suitable for people of all ages as long as they are in good health.
  • The DURATION depends on your pace, but approximately it takes about 1 hour and a half.
  • It is also passable with a mountain stroller.
  • For the DISABLED, the route is accessible if self-sufficient: although well cared for, in fact, the Village of the Gnomes is located in a mountain forest.
  • DOGS are welcome on a leash and with a cleaning kit.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Clothing and shoes appropriate for the mountain (with k-way) are recommended.
  •  
  • The PIC NIC is possible in the large dedicated area in front of the Bar, while it is prohibited along the route.
  • THE TABLES OF THE BAR are reserved for visitors to the Village with a bracelet worn.
  • The PARKING is free and unsupervised (the property is not responsible for damage/theft to vehicles).
    For CAMPERS at the moment it is not possible to park for logistical reasons, but "work in progress"!
