Malga Verde,completely renovated in the 2000s, is managed by the Cortese family that for four generations has been growing cows on the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.

The malga is associated with the Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago,which guarantees the authenticity of the Asiago cheese produced here.
