On Wednesday 26 August 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30, the Palaciclamino in Cesuna will host a gentle gymnastics lesson with Valentina Frigo, a graduate in Sports Science and certified Pilates instructor.

The event will offer an accessible and gradual motor activity, designed to promote physical well-being through exercises aimed at improving mobility, posture, balance and toning. Gentle gymnastics allows you to work on the body with controlled movements, without excessive load, helping to release tension, maintain elasticity and develop greater awareness of movement.

The lesson is an ideal opportunity for those who want to take care of themselves with a quiet but effective activity, accompanied by a professional and attentive guide.

Comfortable clothing is required to participate and you must bring a personal yoga mat with you.
