TROPHY BATTLEFIELDS-32nd issue-25 km Marathon race team-Sunday March 12, 2017 at chalet at Campomulo, gallium

Sunday, March 12, 2017 on theAsiago plateau back the Trophy to the battlefields.

It is an Alpine ski race team race over a distance of 25 km, which has always been broad consensus of participants, both for the reminder and tribute to the exploits of the Alps that in 1916/17 fell valiantly on monte Ortigara, both for the fascinating journey that takes competitors through the places of memory.

Departure and arrival are fixed in location , to more than 1500 meters above sea level in the picturesque scenery ofthe Asiago plateau.

The event is organized by the Alpine Asiago Sports Group, in collaboration with the Section A.N. "Monte Ortigara", local authorities and sports clubs. The path of the competition is very respectable, bringing athletes to test themselves on whether race definitely challenging.

REGULATION

1) 32° TROFEO BATTLEFIELDS

The 32° Trofeo battlefields is a national competition F.I.S.I. (code XF ____) of Granfondo in patrols of three elements and takes place at chalet at Campomulo March 12, 2017 gallium day over a distance of 25 km in freestyle.

2) CANDIDATES SELECTED

Are admitted to race competitors of both sexes who are at least 18 years of age and who are in possession of valid F.I.S.I. card for the winter season 2015/2016 
provided for by current legislation. Mixed patrols contribute to men's ranking.

3) trophies

Will be awarded the following trophies:

• Trophy "battlefields": 1st patrol classified
• Trophy "Alpini Section Monte Ortigara"
• 1st patrol composed of members A.N. to
• "Paolo Scaggiari" Trophy: 1st female patrol
• Tonino Carli "Trophy": 1st patrol composed of athletes advantag
• Will be awarded the top 5 male patrols and the first 3 female patrols with prizes.

4) registrations

By March 10, 2017 : Euro 50.00 to patrol
Registrations are permitted directly on the race day March 12, 2017 , within the hours 8.00 (Euro 70.00 per patrol), upon presentation of medical certificate of fitness and sports ticket FISI.
Please indicate on registration form all the personal details, home address, the name of the ski club and email address, if available. It is accepted the inclusion of patrols composed of athletes from different sports clubs; in this case, the registration will be made official by a single company meaning tacit renunciation of the other.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to close entries to reach the minimum number of 100 patrols: registration rejected will be reimbursed.

• For company teams to affialiate F.I.S.I. in Veneto Committee, registrations can be received even in the manner prescribed by the Italian Winter Sports Federation (registration) until 22.00 on Friday March 10, 2017.

5) TENDER SERVICES

Registration entitles you to participate in the race, to take advantage of every moment ristori, technical assistance and rescue along the way, timing with electronic detection, memory race.

6) replacement Dl NAMES

Can be made by March 11, 2017 before 12:00.
In case of cancellation of the race entrant is entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the entry fee.

7) RACE OFFICE and jury

The meeting will be held Saturday March 11, 2017 at 16:00 at the race Office in Via Asiago site Ceresara, 1 at the headquarters of the Alpine Sports Group Asiago.

8) DISTRIBUTION of RACE BIBS

The bibs will be handed out Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the competition from 8:00 hours.

9) DEPARTURE

It is expected the departure of the first team at 9:30 with 30 interval "between each patrol.
Race numbers will be assigned at the meeting on the basis of the sum of points of L.B. of every single component of the patrol. The teams entered Sunday morning will depart after the patrols entered by March 10, 2017.

10) INTERVALS and RACE TIME LIMIT

Upon arrival, the time interval between the first and last competitor in the same patrol should not, disqualification, go past the minute. The time taken will be detected at the arrival of the third component of the patrol. Along the route will be set up by checkpoints.

11) PHYSICAL EFFORT

Each contestant acknowledges to all effects that the event requires a considerable physical effort and technical progress.

12) SKI GEAR

Along the way there is no right to "free track" for people wishing to overcome another patrol. Allow the replacement of only one and it is absolutely forbidden to take off your skis during the race.

13) CONSENT TO REGULATION

By registering and paying the corresponding fee the participant declares to accept without limitation this regulation. States also have the medical certificate enabling provisions in force and raises the Organizing Committee from any responsibility for accidents and for damages to third parties. Through subscription participants allow forwarding of personal data to third parties for further processing under the privacy Act.

14) ANY CHANGES to the LOCATION

The Organization, along with the jury, may change the route or suspend itself if that should be necessary to force-majeure.

15) complaints

Complaints may be submitted to the jury within 30 minutes of exposure of officious, accompanied by the fee of 50.00 Euros which will be returned in case of acceptance of the complaint.

16) ENTER registration and CONSENT

By submitting the registration competitors claim to fully accept these rules; for matters not covered by this regulation are subject to regulations contained in R.T.F.

17) CHANGES to REGULATION

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify at any time these rules.
