Theme lesson and remote observation with the Schmidt telescope at the Asiago Astrophysical Observatory
On Sunday, September 8, 2019, an interesting evening on "black holes and gravitational waves" is planned at the Asiago Observatory.
The appointment is at 21.00,at the headquarters of the Pennar.
The observation of the sky will be carried out (in case of clear skies) remotely with the Schmidt telescope of Cima Ekar. At any time, the telescope can be used to search for optical signals that can be traced back to gravitational waves,so visitors could be involved in this exciting research!
The meeting will also be an opportunity for a historical insight into Einstein's relativity.
