4th edition of CIASPOBIANCA on the snow of Marcesina Enego-Valmaron-Sunday March 2, 2014

PLEASE NOTE that due to the UNCERTAIN WEATHER FORECASTS PROVIDED on WEEKENDS and the consequent inability to ADEQUATELY PREPARE the paths CIASPOBIANCA 2014 it's CANCELED.
THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
Sunday, March 2, 2014 with departure at 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 hours there will be a CiaspoBianca, a manifestation of the walk walk with snowshoes (snowshoes) to be held in Valmaron/Gb in the territory of the municipalities of Enego (VI) and Grigno (TN).
CIASPOBIANCA-SNOWSHOE WALKING NON-COMPETITIVE
The CiaspoBianca, snowshoe hike (snowshoe), is not a competitive event and develops along two paths: one of ca.6.5 miles (short path); the other ca. 11 km (long path) for the most trained; along each route there is a refreshment.
The age of 18 years must have the consent of a parent. The minors of 14 years can participate only if accompanied by a responsible adult
The Organization considers with theparticipant's fitness for sport activities, in accordance with the rules of Law laid down by Decr. Min. 28.02.1993health.
INSCRIPTIONS
Entries must be made on the day of the event.
Entry fee € 7,00 (subscription only)
The registration fee includes
• The right to a drink in catering facilities located at the Rifugio Barricata orHotel Marcesina
• Free Entry for children under 10 years
• In case of multiple entry (3 people) € 20,00
The registration fee does not include
• Snowshoes Rental (optional)
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to suspend the registration for the event in relation to the number of subscribers.
SNOWSHOE RENTAL
Those who wish to rent snowshoes (snowshoes) provided by the Organization, can withdraw only the Sunday of the event, upon issuance of a valid identity document, which will be returned to the return of the same.
The snow must be strictly within the day of the race, under penalty of payment of rent of € 3,00 per day
N.B. In case of loss or failure to return even one snowshoeing, will be due to a refund of € 100,00.
ORGANIZATION, TRACKS, RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to vary, without limitation, the location and duration of the event, even in relation to weather and snow conditions. In all cases, however, will not be refunded the registration fee and/or rental of snowshoes.
It is the Faculty of the Organizing Committee the annulment of the event in case of bad weather.
The Organising Committee declines all responsibility for any damage to persons, animals or things before, during and after the event. By registering at CiaspoBianca, the participant is aware that he cannot bring a legal action for damages of any kind against the Organization, sponsors and private property, also waives any right of images and words released on radio, tv, press, organization.
If you request the assistance of a snowmobile along the path without a real need will apply your $ 10.00. All participants must wear the snow (snow-shoes) along the way.
