Saturday 19 November 2022 awaits you in Asiago a very special evening to celebrate 70 years of choral history of the Asiago Choir, one of the longest choirs in Italy!

During the evening, presented by Stefania Longhini, the history of the Choir from the beginning in 1952 to today will be retraced.

A very long time has passed since a group of friends, part of the parish "schola cantorum", decided to meet to learn the songs of the S.A.T. of Trento, animated by the passion for singing and the mountains. Their debut took place on August 16, 1952 in Asiago on the stage of the square of Prunno, with the name of "Asiago Choral Group"., a few years later changed precisely in "Asiago Choir".

Since then the Asiago Choir has gained a leading role not only in the cultural panorama of the plateau, but also in the Veneto Region.

Currently the choir is formed by elements that come from various municipalities of the plateau; This has allowed him to grow, numerically and technically, assuming a comprehensive dimension never known before.
