Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 20:00,a very special appointment awaits you at the Forte Corbin with dinner and wine tasting.
With the precious collaboration of Stefano Girardi,agronomist and sommelier FISAR, and the Cantina Sociale of Monteforte d'Alpone, a cultural and food and wine eveningwill be held in the siggestiva setting of Forte Corbin.
The dinner of typical products combined with the wines of the Monteforte winery will be enriched by an interesting in-depth study on the history of the drink of Bacchus and related curiosities, the result of the research of the agronomist and sommelier Stefano Girardi.
Those wishing to visit the Fortcan do so before the event. In this case it is advisable to go to the fortress at least one hour before the event.
PROGRAM OF THE EVENING
8:00 pm — beginning of dinner: pennette with meat sauce and typical dish (polenta, sopressa and cheese) with paired wines
9:00 pm — screening and report on the history of wine by Stefano Girardi
10:00 pm — dessert with paired wine, coffee
