
Saturday, April 30, 2022, the Hotel Restaurant Campomezzavia offers a special dinner based on dandelion, a spontaneous herb, very common on the Asiago plateau, also known as "dandelion" and known since ancient times for its properties. Dandelion, with its pleasant bitter taste , is used as an ingredient to prepare delicious and original recipes, from appetizers to desserts.
It will be a pleasure to spend an evening dedicated to the flavors of traditional cuisine, in the splendid setting of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni.
