
Saturday 6 May 2023, at the Hotel Restaurant Campomezzavia, you can enjoy a special dinner based on dandelion, a spontaneous herb widely spread on the Asiago plateau, also known as "dandelion".
This plant has been appreciated since ancient times for its beneficial properties and is used to create original dishes, from first to sweet, thanks to its pleasant bitter taste.
It will be an unforgettable experience to taste the flavors of traditional cuisine in a welcoming and familiar environment in the enchanting setting of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities.
