(Qvb) 2.0 offers an evening dedicated to discover the flavors of truffles
Tuesday August 9, 2016, the truffle becomes the protagonist in Asiago.
From 19.00 to 2.0 (Qvb) in fact, it will be possible to view the demonstration process of collection, edited by Real Summano. Through an exercise with dogs you can experience the specific time of the discovery of this delicacy. Will be an excellent opportunity to enjoy anaperitif of the House.
From 20.00 the kitchen will propose a menu dedicated to the truffle flavor:
