For those who are already familiar with Pilates and its techniques, every Wednesday the Kinesis Centre of Asiago organizes a course in advanced Pilates.
The exercises are aimed at improving muscle tone and joint mobility, with an evolution of basic to advanced movements.
ADVANCED PILATES CLASS DAYS AND TIMES
The Advanced Pilates Asiago Kinesis Centre will be held until 29 October 2018 on the following dates and times:

▶ single entry: €10 to class
▶ monthly subscription with access to 2/3 free choice week courses (except yoga and salsa cubana): €50 per month
▶ monthly subscription with access to course 1 week free choice: €30 per month
▶ Subscription 3 months maturity inputs 10 (possible access to all courses): €69 of 10 inputs
▶ trial lesson: €5 to class
