GOAL: Campi del Mandriolo - Asiago Plateau and Seven Municipalities (VI)
The area of the Larici - Val Formica is characterized by the presence of vast open spaces, the famous high-altitude pastures interspersed with lush fir and larch forests and mountain pine labyrinths. This area, so important for summer pastures, is inhabited by wild animals all year round, where capercaillie, alpine hares, foxes, chamois live... Animals that know how to enchant if you are lucky enough to meet.
Experiencing these places at night is an unforgettable experience also thanks to the play of light and shadow that the moonlight offers and the wonderful views that open up in front of us to the north, from the Dolomites to the Rhaetian Alps.
The guide will not fail to entertain the participants with many anecdotes and scientific curiosities about the Moon and the territory!
At the end of the excursion it will be possible to have dinner with friends at the Larici da Alessio Refuge with the following menu:
- First course of your choice
- Mixed grilled meat with side dishes
- Homemade treats
- coffee
- water and wine or soft drink included in reasonable quantities (Beer excluded)
Reservations are mandatory.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route runs through mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, headlamp possibly with a steady red light.
COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person, €5 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
COST OF DINNER: at Rifugio Larici da Alessio 25€ per person for the above menu. Please indicate any intolerances/allergies at the time of booking.
For children it is possible to arrange a menu for 15 € Option A: First course + Drink + Sweet Treat - Option B: Chop + Fried / Sausages + Fried / Frankfurters + Fried + Drink + Sweet
