Cena a base di mele antiche all'Hotel Alpi di Foza

On Saturday 28 September 2024, in Asiago and Foza, you will have the opportunity to participate in a unique event, dedicated to authentic flavors and local traditions, divided into two distinct moments:

  • Starting at 15:00, it will be possible to participate in a fascinating outdoor experience with a guided tour of the "Orto dei Semplici" in Via Busa in Asiago, where Antonio and Lisa Cantele, expert herbalists and custodians of peasant traditions, will accompany participants to discover ancient apples and other precious crops in their garden. This will be a unique opportunity to get to know rare apple varieties and learn secrets related to the cultivation and use of plants, typical of the herbal tradition of the Plateau.
  • After the walk, at 7:30 pm, you can enjoy a gourmet dinner at the Hotel Ristorante Alpi in Foza, where the absolute protagonists will be apples, combined with other fresh and genuine autumn products , harvested directly from the Cantele garden. 
    The menu, designed to enhance the authentic flavors of the territory, will offer a sensory journey through creative and refined dishes, capable of surprising even the most demanding palates.

An opportunity not to be missed for those who want to live an experience to remember between nature, tradition and quality cuisine.
