Easy excursion conducted mostly within a shady mixed beech and fir forest to discover the animals that populate it: we will look for traces of their presence through the presence of footprints or hearing their calls. We will understand together with our guide, wildlife and birdwatcher, the secrets to observing forest animals.

READING THE DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY:

EASY: The itinerary takes place on forest roads, dirt roads or easy mule tracks always well indicated and without problems of orientation in cases of fog or bad weather. MEDIUM: The itinerary definitely exceeds three hours, it is more complex, it takes place on a path with some challenging ascent or descent but passable without the support of mountaineering equipment. The terrain can be bumpy or lack signals. The maximum altitude differences remain within 400 meters.

MEDIUM/DEMANDING: The itinerary definitely exceeds three hours, it is complex for the difference in height that can reach 700 meters or for the length of the walk up to 6 hours, it takes place on a path with some challenging climbs or descents but overcome without the support of mountaineering equipment. We "Highland Guides" are the first group of professional guides of the plateau. We are local guides who have been operating on the territory of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities since 2008. The belonging to the place by the members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposed goals and a deeply respectful approach to the environment and its history. Our Guides are mountain professionals recognized and registered in the Register of the Province of Vicenza; they propose to accompany groups of people on excursions and driving tours in the territory, as provided for by L.R. n.33 of 04/11/2002 and according to the laws of the professional registers of which it is a part.
