Let's find out together the Didactic naturalistic Museum "Patrizio Rigoni" of Asiago Sunday 6 August 2015 16.00 p.m. at the Museum.
THE TOSELLA
The Tosella, also called "white steak" is a fresh cheese soft, should be eaten fresh, it has a beautiful snow white and can be salty to taste at the time of tasting.
Is consumed cooked, grilled, breaded or even toasted in the oven, accompanied by a good bottle of Prosecco, in front of a fireplace.
Workshop suitable for children and adults.
