
On Saturday, June 1, 2024, the Hotel Alpi Restaurant in Foza invites you to participate in a special event dedicated to mountain herbs: "Andar per Erbe".
In the afternoon there will be a "picnic" through the meadows and paths of the Plateau, guided by the experts Lisa and Antonio Cantele, and in the evening a themed dinner at the restaurant.
Reservations are required to participate. Don't miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy delicious dishes based on local herbs , in an event that celebrates spring on the Asiago Plateau and the richness of its flora.
Program of the event
- 4:00 p.m . - Meeting in front of the Alpi Restaurant for a "picnic" through the meadows and paths of the Asiago Plateau. Antonio and Lisa will accompany participants in the discovery of spring herbs, revealing their secrets and culinary uses.
- 7:30 p.m . - Start of the themed dinner at the Alpi Restaurant, where each course will be a tribute to mountain herbs.

- Battered and fried hot bites and elderflowers
Appetizer
- Fantasy of herbs and wildflowers
- Bruschetta with alpine butter and fir shoots
- Warm "yellow cirsio" pie
First Courses
- Prajo and kumo
- Coloured tagliolino with wild garlic and morels
Second Course
- Baked char breaded with mountain savory grass
- Spring Kraut and Thyme Potato Rosti
Dessert
- Mint and white chocolate Bavarian cream with strawberries
Digestive
- Luigia herb liqueur and archebuss
- Digestive herbal tea: mint, Luigia herb, dandelion and stevia
The wines served during the dinner will be from the Gianni Tessari farm, selected to enhance the flavors of mountain herbs.
