Saturday, July 23, 2022 the Pro Loco Enego, in collaboration with JeEvent, organizes a day of open doors in the huts of Valmaron and Marcesina, shelters and Church of San Lorenzo.
It is a day entirely dedicated to culture and the discovery of the Malga System.
Thanks to various activities in Malga, guided hiking and e-bike tours, we will make a real journey to discover the flavors of malga, animals and the rhythms of mountain life.
Each hut will host a craft brewery or a cellar.
Throughout the day it will be possible to visit the huts independently or by taking advantage of organized walking tours or by renting an e-bike.
In case of bad weather the event will be postponed to Saturday 30 July.
THE PROGRAM
VALMARON MOUNTAIN HUTS
Malga 1° Lotto Valmaron / Malga Sette Caliere
> Polenta and tosella / polenta and melted cheese / muzzle and vegetables / cheese platter / cold cuts / desserts

Carriage rides and ponies (additional charge)
Yogurt tasting (own production)
10.00: Demonstration of how butter was once made
14.00: Tour of the hut and its pastures
16.45: Demonstration of cattle recovery with border collies and hand milking
