Walk with sensory and meditative experiences, discovering the spontaneous herbs of the Plateau
On Saturday, July 13, 2019,herbalist Lisa Cantele and Giulia Rigoni of theChandra Yoga Asiagoassociation are waiting for aguided meditative excursion to Mount B to discover medicinal plants, flavours on the Asiago Plateau.
It will be a walk with sensory and meditativeexperiences, a relaxing and rejuvenating dive into the nature of the Plateau, during which you will be able to get up close and personal with the plants and herbs typical of the territory, deepening the knowledge about their multiple properties and discovering new uses.
The meeting is scheduled for 8.45 am at Baita Maddarello in Asiago.
Comfortable and appropriate clothing, water and snacking, recommended mat or towel
Duration of the excursion: about 4 hours
