On Sunday 24 May 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, Piazza Giardini in Gallio will host "Bees in the Country: building, sowing, understanding biodiversity", a participatory initiative included in the Regional Ecological Day 2026, dedicated to the theme "Bees, guardians of the environment and biodiversity".
The event was created with the aim of raising awareness among citizens, families, students and visitors to the Plateau on the importance of biodiversity and the fundamental role of pollinating insects in protecting the environment.
During the day, practical activities, workshops, games and moments of in-depth study dedicated to nature and local ecosystems will be proposed, with particular attention to man-made spaces - gardens, public areas and second homes - considered precious for the maintenance of the biodiversity of the territory.
An initiative designed to bring adults and children closer to the issues of environmental sustainability and the protection of ecosystems, through engaging experiences and outdoor activities in the heart of the Asiago Plateau.
All activities will be free and freely accessible, without the need for reservation, subject to availability of materials.
