DESTINATION: Valley of the Mills of Lusiana and Sant'Anna
Treat yourself to a day of total immersion in nature on the slopes of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities. Walking along mountain paths, we explore the Upper and Lower Valleys of Lusiana with our five senses.
The flow of water, the mills and dry stone walls, the mixed woods and the multitudes of flowers, the districts where time seems to have stopped... places that enchant.
We then head to the Church of Sant'Anna and the Hermitage of San Valentino, a place of peace, where you can enjoy the well-being that the awakening of nature in spring has to offer.
Here outdoors we will have a packed lunch in a relaxed and shared atmosphere and then resume our excursion guided by the gurgling of the water, crossing wooden bridges and following the tracks of wildlife!
There will be no shortage of opportunities to tell fascinating legends about the characters of the popular imagination.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present particular technical difficulties, it is characterized by the presence of mountain paths, mule tracks, wooden bridges and some stretches of asphalt road, rarely trafficked.
🎒TO TAKE ALONG: WATERPROOF MOUNTAIN BOOTS, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1L), possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, PACKED LUNCH! Trekking poles recommended.
!! NB the path in the valley may have slightly slippery sections, it is good to wear suitable footwear, with a careless sole and high at the ankle!
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
Participants will be offered a taste of local products.
