Like chocolate? The weekend of 5-6-7 February 2016, in the historical centre at Asiago, will include "Art & Ciocc. The Tour ofItaly, the journey along the "Chocolate chocolate.
After the stages of cream, Aosta, Ravenna, Padua, Milan, Molfetta and aim, theeighth stage will be in the main centre ofAsiago plateau, in piazza Risorgimento II in Asiago.
About 30 booths will be set up for sale and tasting of chocolate in all its forms with open all day from 9 to 21.
Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February will also open the Lab to Square with the master Chocolatier Joseph Gagliardi which, in addition to demonstrating How to make the chocolate, it will reveal the secrets and will be available to answer any curiosity about this wonderful product and the many properties.
Each participating tour master Chocolatier specializes in a particular production, also linked to the tradition of their region of origin. So from Piedmont, Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Umbria, Puglia, Sicily you can make a journey through the infinite variations of chocolate: from cuneesi al rhum, chocolate liqueur, served on crisp wafers; Hazelnut and chocolate creams from maxi-Modica chocolate gianduia, Nougat and chocolate dragees passing by; chocolates with extra virgin olive oil, slabs of chocolate in various flavours; and yet crunchy macarons, and so on and so on and so forth.
… And then ... the forms! Of all kinds: from chocolate to those heels from football, until the last generation of I-Phone ... but there will also be the Classic candy bars, chocolates and fine and colored chocolates.
Will also find a touch "international" with the participation of a Belgian pastry chef.
Chocolate any shape, texture, colour, but always with one thing in common: the goodness inextricably linked to quality. Only the best raw materials are processed and transformed by Chocolate Masters into true delicacies, often in the form of works of art. A feast for the eyes and for the palate!

This year ART & CIOCC becomes more and more "social" with "FACES FROM CIOCC".
A large frame of chocolates, located in Piazza, will be available for all fans of selfie, who can have fun with photos fun to share on facebook and instagram with hashtags #arteciocc #faccedaciocc or send to our e-mail address . The best will be published on !
