Artmusic Culture - "A Midsummer Night's Dream" Dance show inspired by Mendelssohn's play Music

The Cultural Art Music Association of Roana offers fans a show of contemporary music and dance, which will be held on Friday, July 27 at 21.00 at the Park of Legends, grove in the colonies resort of Cesuna.

The show that will be presented by Artemusica Cultura is the result of an in-depth analysis of some themes that are developed during a residency in Roana, and an intensive work of technical and creative study by the dancers, in which the process of improvisation and construction is shared by all participants, in an artistic dimension in which the art of dance approaches other forms of expression, and leads them to inhabit places of alternatives to the stage, such as this evocative natural environment.

The play is inspired by Shakespeare's famous play "A Midsummer Night's Dream":

a dream, that of Shakespeare, which is a story of encounters between a human world that seems to have forgotten the "magic" of life and a magical world linked to human passions so much that it identifies with it with the subterfuge of the mischievous Puck.From dance the suggestion of a "let" that the "magic" of life does not need magic and spells.

The study of contemporary dance began and continues, following the workshops of the CSC Bassano del Grappa and with the choreographer Michela Negro.

Michela Negro: dancer, teacher and choreographer; since 1996 he has choreographed the group etra di Montecchio Maggiore where he co-directs the cultural association etradanzae20. Co-founder of the "nolimitsactions" teacher Dance Well network and the project "I dance the way I feel".
