Artemusica Culture-Concerto for soprano and piano

"La melodia between Italy and Austria"-Soprano Silvia Casanova-Pianist Pierluigi Piran-music by g. Rossini, Liszt, g. Menotti, f. Schubert, h. Wolf, g. Puccini, j. Strauss

The traditional Christmas concert will be an event of truly special Artemusica Culture for all fans of bel canto, and will feature the soprano Silvia Castro and pianist Pierluigi Piran, both artists from international career.

The concert, titled "the melody between Italy and Austria," goes the famous pages of Italian and Austrian Chamber Music: Rossini, Puccini, Menotti on the one hand, Schubert, Wolf and j. Strauss on the other.
The evening will end with an air of Musetta from Puccini's La Bohème, opera typically winter and the fresh air of Adele from the famous operetta "Die Fledermaus" with which the Viennese traditionally celebrate new year's Eve.
A tribute to the music and to two great Nations that have suffered on the lands of the plateau.

The event will be held in the Council Chamber in Canove, Tuesday 5 January at 21.00 hours and will be followed by light refreshments.

Silvia Casanova began his musical studies as a pianist, later discovering my passion for singing thanks to soprano and pianist Dianella Bisello Cosetta Tosetti at the Conservatory "c. Pollini of Padua. He graduated from the Conservatory "f. Venezze" of Rovigo with Mezzo CR Mandia.
He specialized in the operatic repertoire with Alida Luisa Maragliano, Francesca Scaini, Angelo Ferrarini, Capobianco, Marcello Lippi, but should above all his preparation for the tenor Gianfranco Cecchele. Currently addresses the improvement of some roles with the soprano Daniela Dessì. As for the German opera and operetta is followed by the soprano Argit Butzke.
