The truffle is once again protagonist on the tables of the plateau, Friday December 9, 2016.
After the great success in previous evenings, the Asiago 2.0 (Qvb) has decided to propose again the truffle dinner.
During the aperitif, which will be served from 20.00 hours, there will also be a food and wine trail that will lead you to the discovery of the truffle and which will be edited by Real Summano.
The dinner menu is:
ENTRE ': cream of Maranello with Vezzena and truffles.
First course: Asiago and truffle Tagliolini racy.
Main course: veal Piccatine with truffle herb potato wedges
DESSERT: Highland Strudel.
The dishes are accompanied by the wines of cellars Home.
The price of the menu will be 25 Euro, the booking is advisable.
