Visit and historical insights on the Cima Ekar telescopes by the Asiago Observatory

[DATA_LUNGA]] , at 2:30 p.m., an interesting guided tour organized by the Asiago Astrophysical Observatory will take you to the discovery of the Copernicus and Schmidt telescopes of Cima Ekar (at 15 minutes by car from downtown Asiago).

This is a very interesting visit, which will allow young and old to get to know two of the most powerful astronomical instruments in Italy.

In addition, the visit will be enriched by an in-depth study onthe history of the two telescopes, curated by astronomer and historian of science Matteo Realdi of Vrije UniversiteitAmsterdam.
