On Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., the Canove gym will welcome a profound experience of relaxation and inner rebalancing: Sound Bath & Meditation.

During the meeting, participants will be accompanied on a meditative journey through the sounds of Tibetan bells, gongs, drums and other harmonic and ancestral instruments, capable of stimulating states of deep well-being. 

The vibrations produced by these tools, used for centuries in Eastern spiritual practices, act on the body and mind, favoring the release of tensions and emotional blocks and the restoration of energy balance and inner peace.

The event represents a precious opportunity to regenerate, let go of stress and reconnect with one's inner self, immersed in an atmosphere of calm and deep listening.
