The music festival Bintar Gospel Festival of Roana and fractions arrives late this year and is preparing to end the series of meetings with international Gospel music with a concert of Gospel Times, on January 7, 2017 Cesuna.
The new training will perform at 21.00 hours at the parish church of via Busibollo, involving the audience with an intense and exciting performance, which will carry these in the far south of the United States, at the time of the cotton plantations, through a rich repertoire of Gospel songs spirituals "and" traditional ".

Often the music conjures up images. That's how some songs, like some scents or flavors, are able to project ourselves back in time for us to remember and relive the excitement of the past. A past that takes us far into the South, cotton plantations in the United States, where singing accompanied often blacks during the working day to relieve fatigue. Those songs were, after all, a Christian reworking of African ritual music. Thanks to Thomas a. Dorsey and his effort, this music is modernized by the ancient forms of expression without betraying the old tradition. An effort that takes the form of the creation of a new genre: the Gospel.
Gospel Times comes to evoke those feelings, memories and distant atmospheres, recreating the spirit of gospel music, singing of joy, sorrow, happiness and suffering to thank God.
The Group was formed in 2005 from a deep passion for gospel music. The aim of the group is to share the gospel music on a journey through tastes and atmospheres of innumerable shades, also thanks to the different artistic experiences of the components.
High level professionals who manage to convey the true gospel sound with a rich repertoire of gospel "spirituals" and "traditional".
U.s. and British voices, from the vocal talents of leader Joyce e. Yuille to soul of Kenn Bailey, by the skill of Julia St. Louis to the extraordinary voice of Josie St Aimee, accompanied by the imaginative pianist Michael Balog: this is Gospel Times.
