DESTINATION:  Malga Bosco Secco - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)

Malga Bosco Secco, is located in the Val di Nos, a valley that has been worked by glaciers and that today preserves many natural wonders of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, such as the Salamandra di Aurora, a very rare amphibian so little known.

Step by step during this excursion we enter the valley, initially  meeting fir and beech woods that then leave room for larch and pre-alpine pastures where the colors and scents of flowers will give us pleasant emotions. 

The area of Malga Bosco Secco was also one of the many places upset by the Great War. The Guide reading today's landscape will tell you the history of these battlefields. 

Continuing along an unprecedented route, we will also pass through a breathtaking panoramic point, on the high area of the Plateau and on the Alpine Chain that shows itself to us in all its majesty!

Reservations are required. 

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 350 m, there are no exposed sections.

TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.

COST:  5€ for the guided excursion.
